Build and change your financial systems on your own terms.
Payments, trading and post-trading, for the institutions that run a market and the ones that take part in it. We assemble the system from proven components, pilot it at your site within weeks, and hand it over in full. You run it, you change it, and you are not tied to us.
On your premises, in your cloud or in your region. Your data stays with you.
Built by practitioners who have spent 30 years inside payment, trading and custody systems, for banks, brokers, exchanges, depositories, fintechs and central banks. The work runs through a pipeline of AI agents, and our experts decide what ships.
Own it, or have it soon. You used to pick one.
Buy a vendor product and you can run it next year, but you will never own it. Build your own and you will own it, after a wait measured in years. We work a third way: proven components adapted to your rules, running on your infrastructure within weeks, and yours outright when the work is done.
One caveat worth stating here rather than later: in those first weeks the system covers the business scenarios that matter most, proven in the pilot. Full coverage of every requirement comes in the phases after it.
How the first weeks actually go.
Three steps, in the order they happen.
We take the requirements on site
Our domain team sits with the people who run your operations and writes the specification from those conversations.
We adapt what already works
Proven payment, trading and depository components are configured and extended to fit your rules.
We prove it on your infrastructure
The system is installed in your environment and proven in a pilot with your data and your users.
What we build.
Exchanges, depositories, clearing, payment systems and the systems banks and brokers run on top of them, assembled from the same platform modules. The six below are the ones most often asked for; the full set, grouped by who buys it, is on the solutions page. We size the system to the institution.
Stock Exchange
The full exchange stack on one core: order entry and pre-trade controls, price-time matching, central counterparty clearing, DvP settlement, surveillance and regulatory reporting.
Derivatives Exchange
Futures and options from the order gateway to delivery: pre-trade risk in the hot path, portfolio margining, clearing with novation and netting, and settlement through the CSD and the bank.
Commodity Exchange
An organised market for physical goods: lot admission by specification, auctions and the order book, warehouse receipts and title transfer, delivery, clearing with novation and DvP settlement.
Depository and Issuer Services
The depository book of record, settlement day, corporate actions, inter-CSD links, bond issuance and issuer disclosure on one register, so an event or a settlement never has to be reconciled between systems.
Payment Systems
The settlement engine and the instant payments rail for a national payment system: alias lookup, verification of payee and fraud screening before settlement, finality in central bank money.
Brokerage and Investment
The full client path for a bank or broker: onboarding and KYC, multi-asset OMS with explainable routing and TCA, cash and margin, fund execution, and client channels from a mobile app to USSD on a feature phone.
Who builds it, and how.
A working system in weeks is a claim worth checking. The company page sets out how delivery runs, what we commit to, and who is behind it.
