Delivery does not have to end at go-live: by agreement the work continues as a support contract, as operational consulting, or as consulting on further development.

We take the requirements on site
Our domain team works in your building, with the people who run settlement, trading and operations. They describe the scheme rules, the participants, the obligations and the exceptions, and we write the specification from that conversation. What comes out of this week is a document your own staff recognise as their system, not a questionnaire filled in for a vendor.
We adapt what already works
Payment, trading and depository components refined across years of earlier projects are configured and extended to fit your rules. The work runs through our own delivery pipeline: AI agents for design, development, testing and documentation, an orchestrator agent supervising the chain, and engineers who have built these systems for three decades reviewing every output. Starting from a mature base is what makes the following weeks possible.
We prove it on your infrastructure
The system is installed in your environment and run through a pilot with your data and your users. What you sign off is acceptance, not a demonstration. The pilot covers the key business scenarios; the phases after it extend coverage to every requirement, and every step along the way is auditable.
The boundary, stated plainly: within one to two weeks you get a technically production-ready system covering the key business scenarios, proven by pilot. Extension to full coverage of every requirement follows in planned iterations.
